It is either an issue on the LinkStation, or in the network. Maybe someone can move the post...So in the end, I could avoid the 2114 error when chosing small folders, refreshing completey and not chosing a root directory. I already enabled the UPnP AV Server of the storage Enclosure and also on the router but still no good. Try setting a static IP address to the DNS-343 if that doesn't seem to work if you are on a network range of 192.168.0.xx try changing it to 192.168.1.xx. the PS3 is out of my area of expertise - maybe a PS3 officianato could shed some light.I've run into similar issues with UPnP over WiFi ... The only particularly unique thing about this show that I can think of is that when I did the original library scan it matched on Conan, an apparent Conan the Barbarian The uPnP setting is irrelevant. I spent A LOT of time fiddling around with the settings, getting increasingly frustrated about the gap between advertising an realitiy concerning DLNA. It will be hard to debug on an appliance like a Linkstation.
I have verified this issue to our product specialist and they said that the new firmware of the DNS-343 should correct it somehow. Initially I did get the protocol error and found that the 343 did not save the "enable" of the UPnP AV server. Are you new here?
