No drop-down window for you to choose different printer any more. If I haven't run into it my self I can't give much help. Locate Install.exe, and run that file. Or, what I use is Adobe Acrobat Pro (which is more expensive, but I use it for many other things).

In the run box type in there "services.msc". Is it 32 bit or 64 bit? On several sites (and Intuit confirmed this) I've seen where the problem pops up intermittantly. I changed them to use the "NUL" port and the problem was resolved.

As of now Intuit did not provide any solution and our frustration with this incompetent company is growing by the minute. We do that with the style and format of our responses. I deleted the "patch" DLL, renamed my old one, and once I installed the Amyuni Document Converter as a new local printer everything looks good. It doesn’t always show up.
The Intuit site has instructions on how to test this, and reinstall it if necessary. What a mess! I feel that IS a leverage move by Intuit. If they are both enabled or the issue still occurs, proceed below to reinstall the XPS printer.
I'm working with a couple of clients where that didn't resolve the problem. I was at least able to rename the old dll file and get back to the PRINT DRIVER HOST problem.
