Upon the next reboot the problem has gone away - and has not come back since. Reinstalling the OS fresh fixed the Error Occured(0) on the raid. Thankfully I Googled my problem tonight and found this thread so that I don't waste a day reinstalling and configuring a new system again. I am hoping it is my hard drive that is to blame and not my motherboard. ITunes did the same thing to me, although it only happened when importing video files. They just blame Apple. I also ran another "HD Tune Test" and it showed no errors.
