So, image the drive, verify the image with Acronis after backing up, configure the array via array manger (usually Ctl+I at startup if Intel array or in your case it appears Conflict0s says thanks. It helped me resolve the error message which I've been wondering about for a while. That can easily be fixed by running chkdsk, which is the first thing you should have done. useful reference
