Nope, does not work. Since I can't post any links or pictures yet I'll write what video properties and MediaInfo say for a "corrupted" file. It there isn't one, create a folder and name it video on the first menu of the flash drive. I found a fix for this just by trial and error. I'm not sure if the ps3mediaserver transcodes by default, but the same files that are "corrupted" using windows media player are fine using ps3mediaserver.
