I just don't understand why Final Fantasy V was released for PSP and PPSSPP doesn't work. It must have had a old firmware on and with me new psp cfw. I followed your instructions and renamed the files EBOOT.PBP and put them in individual disc folders under PSP/GAMES and the files are loadable now. I wonder if that works for PSP ISO->PSP Minis on PS3...
