I tried the fix replacing the DLL file but that created other print errors so I went back to the old DLL version.
Select Add a local printer. It is a support script. It has something to do with the mass email send. I added that and that took away the pdf converter issues on a lot of my printing and I was able to print.
Still using the Virtual PC in XP mode with no problems and looks like it's going to stay that way! Every Windows system is a little bit different, and what works for some doesn't always work for others. My thanks to Intuit employees Laura Messerschmitt and Sudhir Navalapakam for their assistance with this information. Email the transaction. I closed Quickbooks, removed the Quickbooks PDF converter, (Printers…remnove device and then lanch install -u). I restarted Quickbooks, and send it successfully from the "you have forms to send" screen.

I am basically worse off than I was with 2009 and plus that I'm $160 lighter! Finally, I just tried uninstalling, rebooting, and re-installing. Then I downloaded in my documents and tried to copy it to target folder and got the same "administrator" flag. You will be asked to provide your email address and name, and they will email the link to the DLL to you very quickly.
Also you have to rename the Amyuni Document Converter to Quickbooks PDF Converter 3.0. Did not attempt the DLL update, since all clients are running XP Pro 32-bit.
