Charlie Russell, I highly recommend you repost those instructions here as a "last resort" because if not for this solution I would have reverted to an earlier version of Windows. It's hit and miss, works for a while then it will stop sending and give the error. Nothing. 5 hours of time today on top of 5+ previously and my client is blaming me for Intuit's junk software so I can't charge them.

From 2011 on you need to tweak the Microsoft XPS printer driver to resolve problems. Check the settings on your security software to make sure that .xps files are not blocked. Solution 2.2: Reinstall Microsoft XPS Document Writer: Reinstall the XPS Document Writer in Windows 8: Verify XPS Services are Enabled: On your keyboard, press the Windows key + E to open This applied also to Quickbooks Pro 2011 which we didn't want to upgrade yet.

It seems to me that our IT guy reinstalled that the other day. I won't go down that road at this time, but will comment that it seems as though all our "fixes" above pertain to Enterprise Solutions version 13. Maybe a helpful suggestion for people having any issues, if you are deleting anything and attempting to start over try restarting the computer before new attempts. Is there a way I can download a 32 bit version? So, exit QuickBooks, locate the file QBPRINT.QBP, which is in your c:/program data/QuickBooks 2011 folder.

Or, what I use is Adobe Acrobat Pro (which is more expensive, but I use it for many other things). I've not run into that problem myself, so I can't say if there is a change that affects that issue.

It just states Quickbooks needs to close.
I am so tired of QB crippling their past customers by not allowing upgrades.
